In short

Chase Ultimate Rewards transfers to British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus carry a 30% bonus through 1 December 2026, making 1,000 points worth 1,300 Avios.

1 December 2026, 11:59pm ET

Chase started a 30% transfer bonus to Avios on 1 November. Transfer 1,000 Ultimate Rewards points and 1,300 Avios land in your account. The minimum is 1,000 points and transfers are usually instant. The bonus runs to 1 December 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern.

Three programs share Avios: British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus. You can move Avios between them, and household accounts can pool, which gives you more routes to a single redemption than the headline suggests.

Before you transfer

Transfers cannot be reversed. Check award space and the exact price in points before you move anything, not after. Avios redemptions carry carrier-imposed surcharges on some routes that can run into hundreds of dollars, which is the most common reason a transfer that looked good turns out not to be.

Three other Chase bonuses are live at the same time. IHG One Rewards at 80% and Wyndham Rewards at 30% both run to 3 December. The IHG bonus is the largest number on the board right now, but IHG points are generally worth less per point than airline miles, so it fits topping up for a specific award rather than moving a balance speculatively.

One limitation we should be straight about: none of these bonuses was confirmed on a bank's own transfer page, because Chase puts transfers behind a login. They come from multiple trackers agreeing with each other. Confirm the bonus on your own transfer screen before you commit.
