A 20% bonus on Capital One Miles to Air France-KLM Flying Blue appeared on 1 November and runs to 30 November 2026. The minimum transfer is 1,000 miles, which become 1,200 Flying Blue miles.
It overlaps with the larger Capital One promotion that has been running since 21 October: 30% to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and Virgin Red, ending 20 November 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern. Trackers disagree on whether Virgin transfers move in increments of 1,000 or 100, which matters if you are topping up a balance precisely.
Which one is worth using
That depends entirely on what you are booking. Flying Blue runs monthly Promo Rewards with discounted award pricing to selected destinations, and the two can combine well. Virgin Atlantic has historically been useful for partner redemptions, though the specifics change often enough that you should price the actual award before transferring.
The general rule holds either way: find the award, confirm the price and the availability, then transfer. Not the other way round. Bonuses do not stack across banks, and nothing comes back once it has left.
