Bank of America's own card listing page showed 70,000 points as a limited-time online offer on 2 November 2026, without a spend requirement. Several trackers reported a 100,000-point plus 25,000-point companion award version after $6,000 in 90 days during late October. Terms differ by landing page, so confirm which version you are applying for.

How to use it well
- The status points per dollar are the real differentiator. If you are not chasing Atmos status, the Ascent at $95 covers the Companion Fare and the checked bag.
