Restrictions worth knowing
- The second 1% only pays as you pay the balance down. Carrying a balance delays it and the interest dwarfs the reward.

How to use it well
- This is the card to measure every bonus-category card against. If a 5% category card does not beat flat 2% on your actual spending, it is not worth the admin.
- Held alongside a Citi Strata Premier or Elite, the rewards can become transferable ThankYou points rather than plain cash back.
